About Delivery
For shipments outside Japan, we will ship by DHL or EMS (Japan Post).
Customers cannot choose.
For shipping within Japan, it will be shipped by Sagawa Express, Yu-Pack or Yamato.
Cancellation or change
We cannot accept changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. If you need to change your order or cancel due to unforeseen reasons, please contact us.
Customs duty or tax
Import duties and taxes will be charged when the package arrives in the country of delivery. These fees must be paid by the baggage recipient. Return Policy
