Refund policy

As a general rule, we do not accept returns. To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused or unused, tagged, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item. We will evaluate and fix the problem.

We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchange
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the items you have. Once the return is approved, we will purchase the new item separately.


Refund
We will notify you when we receive your return and inspect it, and let you know if your refund has been approved. Once approved, the original payment method will automatically refund you. Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies can also take some time to process and post refunds.
